The ground floor holiday cottage is at the rear of Rosedale.
Linen, towels, crockery and cutlery are provided for up to four guests.
The sunny living room at Rabbit's Bothie has a double bed-settee, dining area, books, games, DVD player and wide-screen LCD TV with Freeview.
The comfortable bedroom comes furnished with linked twin single beds with separate mattress toppers and duvets.
The scullery is equipped with sink, electric cooker, microwave oven, extractor, fridge and freezer. There is a washing machine and a tumble dryer in the utility cupboard. Rabbit’s Bothie has off-road parking for one medium-sized car and covered storage for sports equipment and bicycles. There are gravel paths and steps, and a small pond, in the garden.
