Come and stay at this beautifully refurbished 200 year old cottage, 100 yards from the famous Buddle Inn country pub, a 10 minute walk to Castlehaven Beach and a 10 minute walk to Niton village with its 16th Century church, post office, pub and large general store.
Rock Cottage sleeps 6 people in 3 double bedrooms and everything required for a lovely holiday is included. It has 2 large bathrooms one with a rolltop bath and the other with a huge walk-in shower, There is a large kitchen/ diningroom and a separate snug. Foodies will love the luxury new fitted kitchen and there is a huge patio and lovely cottage garden to relax in. There are 2 wood burning stoves for cold winter evenings with logs supplied.
The cottage was refurbished to be as green as possible for an old house. It is heated using a ground source heat pump fed from an adjoining field and the walls are heavily insulated with tradisional lime plaster making it cosy in the winter and cool in the summer. All lighting is low energy.
The seaside resort of Ventnor is a 10 minute drive to the east and Blackgang theme park is a 5 minute drive to the west.
