A chalet bungalow built in 1931, refurbished to luxury standards, extended and made 'eco friendly' in 2008. Perched above Wellow village, this peaceful property enjoys uninterrupted country views on two sides.
'Eastern Lee', a chalet bungalow offering extensive luxurious ground floor accommodation, is our newest luxury holiday home. It is perched above the village of Wellow in a secluded garden, with fields surrounding the house on two sides. 'Eastern Lee' offers peaceful country views and easy access to walks and long distance trails. Originally built in 1931 as a bungalow, it retains 2 ground floor bedrooms and bathroom, and was extended and refurbished in 2008 with the addition of a large 'garden room' giving onto a patio, and 2 upstairs en suite bedrooms, one with a 6ft bed and double ended bath, the other with twin beds and a shower room. With geothermal heating and environmentally friendly technology we offer 'green' holidays in the peace of the West Wight Countryside.
