The bungalows and maisonettes are situated around a gently sloping green in a delightful and peaceful setting overlooking the bay, just 150 yards from the shore. There is a safe play area, Wendy house, swings and sandpit for the children, within sight of most bungalows and maisonettes, and a further 1½ acres of recreation area for ball games etc.
There are fine sea views from many of the bungalows and especially from the the first floor maisonettes.
